I was responsible for the procurement process of 65 plus contractors, 3rd party contracts and risk management policies, resource allocation and schedule management for the Commercial Credit division of KPMG's Financial Risk Management.
I was promoted in the first year to a consultant position in the same division. I continued to manage the procurement process, but also began working as a consultant on client engagements including M&A and Due Diligence credit work.
In July of 2011, I began working as the PMO for the new off-shoring initiative, KGS KPMG Global Services. This was a collaborative effort with the UK and India along six business lines within Financial Risk Management.
In July of 2013, I transferred to the Consumer and Mortgage Lending division, also within the Credit Risk division of FRM. Here I lead project management opportunities with large financial institutions in response to regulatory actions. During this time, I also developed a series of project management courses and delivered these courses to professionals in the Credit Risk practice.
